Seller's Description:
Very Good. Very Good condition. A copy that may have a few cosmetic defects. May also contain light spine creasing or a few markings such as an owner's name, short gifter's inscription or light stamp.
I've read this book in French, which is, I think, a translation of the first edition...
This book is really good, but just a little basic.
If you're new to web standards (i.e. starting in web development or a long time developper who wants to get to new standards like CSS) then this book is really a must for you. If you're more advanced, it may be too basic.
It spends a lot of time on convincing you to adhere to web standards, which is good if you or your superior isn't convinced yet, but may a loss of time if you are...
It spends some time on CSS too, but don't go deep.
Overall, it's an excellent book to get you started with Web standards, but you'll want more books (on XHTML or CSS, for example) to go deeper after that.
