Next to the sacrosanct AA "Big Book", this is very possibly the worst book that I have ever read it is filled with unfactual, nonsensical, and unscientific conjecture presented as the "god's truth" on the staggeringly poorly "written"written book.
The author never really seems to have a solid frame of reference for the pseudo-science that he doles out as if he is an authority on the subject at hand
This book without a doubt along with all 12-Step shares sanctimoniousness of this book
It coincides with the utter nonsense and lies of all 12-Step "literature".
I suppose the only real guidance for this book is 12-Step addicts.
