Book arrived horribly damaged and when I asked for a return/replacement, they demanded that i pay for the return shipping costs, even though it wasn't my fault the book arrived damaged, but their fault for the horrible packaging. Zero Stars.

Alibris sent book to the wrong address despite request within ten minutes of my becoming aware of this wrong address. Alibris was totally uncooperative in attempting to correct this mistake..

Although I placed the order on Oct 10, the books were not even shipped out until Oct 18. Usually when I place an order the books go out the very same day. The free shipping is not worth it and I won?t use this seller again
