Item's condition was described as very good. Not true. The outer cd sleeve had wear and damage, and the plastic case on one of the two CDs inside the sleeve was badly cracked. I emailed HPB but no response.

Item wrapped in plastic cover, and when it arrived in the UK, the corners were a little damaged. Also, book contained underlining and margin notes. Thankfully in pencil so they could be erased.

The books don't really match the picture displayed but they were in great shape. Took a long time to arrive though.
