Not quite "Fine" as described. Definitely does have ink notes, circles, underlines and folds... still in decent shape. Maybe just rating condition as "Good" would've been more accurate. Happy to have it now. Thanks ThriftBooks Reno! :-)

The rating on this book was VERY GOOD The book has visible water damage first 92 pgs & front cover. 4 sticky notes visibly sticking out of the side of the pages. The cover has a deep cross hatch X that almost cuts all the way through.

Item was described as Very Good condition but arrived with two rips on the cover. Option to return the item (and me pay shipping both ways) was not an acceptable remedy.
