Supposedly shipped on Oct 20th, latest estimated time for arrival at purchase was Oct 28th. Was finally delivered on Nov. 10th. Neither the seller nor alibris seemed bothered by this.

Book was listed as hardcover and NEW. So I did not think I needed to read the description, which contradicted itself and said trade paperback. Book also arrived after estimate.

Softcover book was packaged in plastic for shipping but no damage observed. Book arrived a week late because of delays at shipping partner, not USPS. Customer service was courteous.and prompt.

The Alibris status showed that the book was shipped, however the seller emailed to say the book was not shipped, and would not be shipped until next week.

I will rate handling and packaging pos but note that the book and page edges were a little damp damaged. Just a little. Package not wet but maybe somewhere enroute? Overall though very good as got tracking notices and arrived in timely manner.

It is nearly 2 weeks since I placed my order and it still has not been put in the mail. This is ridiculous. The USPS is a good and economical way to send books, but this seller has chosen not to use it. I will never order from this seller again.
