This book & packaging are great, Thanks! I wanted to give an excellent review. However, the order was placed April 25, and the book was not delivered until 5/17(USPS received 5/16). 22 days from Illinois to Ohio is too long, without communication.

Seller claimed to have shipped the next day, but the book never arrived. Then -- without any notice -- the seller issued a refund more than two weeks later. Finally, when I reordered the book, the seller had relisted it!

Seller uses OSM, a third-party shipper, which has atrocious reviews, mostly for sitting on shipments for weeks before getting the items to the USPS, which takes only a few days. This seller answers no email inquiries except with garbage, non-replies.

Bought new hardcover boxset w/slipcase.seller shipped set in plastic envelope no protection,not even a padded envelope.It arrived damaged.I filled out return & sent back.Seller never acknowledged the return in a month.Alibris billed them & gave me refund.

Brand new large softcover was shipped in a flimsy plastic mailer with zero padding or additional protection. The mailer arrived badly shredded at one corner, and as a result the corresponding corner of the book's cover was damaged. Very poor packing.

Extremely poor customer service. Four weeks after purchasing the book I contacted the seller I had not received it. After an auto generated email confirming receipt of my email, the seller ignored my follow up emails.

Overall good job. Book ordered 4/10; received 4/28. Delay due to OSM. Seller shipped the book quickly on 4/11; but, OSM was slow, especially 11 days for book to go from Illinois to Nevada.

I tried twice to get a book from this company with zero luck. Customer service is almost non existent, and they show no interest in helping me out. Do not order from these folks - go somewhere else. The worst book ordering experience I have ever had.

The book was supposedly shipped on 4/8, and it's now 4/25 ? I still haven't received it. I only received an automated email after requesting the whereabout of the book from the seller with no real response about where the book is.

Seller placed this book in a thin USPS printed matter plastic envelope with no protective packaging to protect it. Book arrived slightly damaged at the top due to no protective layer between it and whatever hit the plastic sleeve it was mailed in.

Recommended. Hardbound, in-shrink book arrived in stated condition in its original issue cardboard box, protected by a bubble wrap envelope. My only advice is seller up its package protocol to two layers of bubble wrap, inside an additional box. TY.
