Ordered 3 books, received only 2. After I inquired, bks were shipped. However, the third book not sent is still in the order with an invalid tracking number and no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Customer service was a joke.

This seller misrepresented the listed item. It was a cheap print-on-demand edition that would have fallen apart. After I returned the books, they did not issue a refund, and sent me auto-generated nonsense replies. Do not buy from them.

It should not take 3 weeks for a book to arrive, especially since you did not send it out until days after I sent an inquiry asking what happened to it. I will not order from you again.

I?ve waited 2 weeks for a book they said had shipped; USPS says they still haven?t received it. I ordered another book after this from another Alibris seller and that?s arrived already. I?ll pass on using this seller in the future

I ordered two books, The Rising Tide: A Vera Stanhope Novel, and The Movement: How Women's Liberation Transformed America, 1963-1973, both of which apparently shipped on March 10. Although I received The Rising Tide, I've yet to receive The Movement.

I ordered this book on the 13th and as of March 24th I still haven't received it and the last thing I saw on tracking it hasn't moved since the 18th. Surely USPS should have picked it up by now

Book took 2 weeks; 7 days after 'shipping confirmed' email it was still not picked up (in a diff state than seller!) by 3rd party shipper. No idea if it was 'like new' - got banged up during shipping, in large, flimsy plastic bag. Never again.

I ordered this on Feb. 26th, and on March 14th, I am unable to track or find out when I will receive the book. For what I paid, this is terrible service.

Ordered 4 books from seller on 3/5/25. Seller sent out the books in three shipments (3/6, 3/7, 3/11). Seller uses OSM Worldwide to ship books rather than USPS directly. USPS still awaiting items as of 3/13. Will never use GBP again. Disappointing.

I ordered the book on 2/4.It was expected to arrive 2/13 for a book club starting 3/2. It is now 3/7 & the book is not shipped. I have contacted the seller several times. As far as I can tell a bot is responding to me and has been totally unhelpful
