Absolutely poor quality by this seller. The communication was terrible and non responsive. The packing of was also poor quality. The book was wrapped with a thin plastic cover and no protection for the book. The book was damaged.

Terrible seller, shipping took too long, and they shipped a large hardcover in a plastic envelope with absolutely no padding, book was damaged of course. And I'm having to pay for shipping both ways, will never order via Alibris again.

Do NOT buy from this vendor. I bought this item on 12/5 and the item was allegedly shipped on 12/6. I contacted them for a tracking # and they responded with a nonresponse. Magically a tracking # comes up on 12/14 and it hasn't even made it to USPS.

HORRIBLE. Entire book damaged because it was packaged in a flimsy bag and not bubble wrap. Kind of shocking for a place that sells books.

Warning: I have repeated requested my USPS shipping number to track my shipment, but they will not give it to me. I purchased a very expensive book set so it's entirely reasonable to request the tracking number. Worried they're not legit & stole my money!

Ordered 12/4. Marked shipped 12/5, no tracking number. Customer service unhelpful. Tracking number added to order details on 12/11 but status has not changed as of today, 12/18. Was expected 12/13.

This shipper doesn?t get back to you don?t buy from them as they don?t ship with good packing. Brand new book damaged. Won?t ever buy from them or Alibris as they also won?t deal with it. They want me to pay for shipping it back! Bad business!

They didn't have the book is their excuse for it not being delivered, but they said they shipped it AND they took the PayPal money out. Said they issued a refund but they did NOT. 37% of the feedback on this horrible company/seller is negative
