Ordered book on 7/26; it's 8/13 and no book has arrived. They claim USPS damaged it in transit, and now they can't find a replacement copy. I see two others for sale on their site. Something is not right. I won't do business with them again.

Awful seller! Took payment, faked 'shipped' status, gave invalid tracking. Admitted delay, never shipped. Refund lied?had to force via Alibris. Fake apologies, zero respect. SCAM! Avoid!

Brand-new perfect condition, just as described. However, shipping was slow; shipped 3 business days later than claimed, and arrived 6 days after longest estimate.

Bad experience; book confirm for delvry July 4-21; book got lost and wasn't delivered until 7/23, paid over $6 ship for no service.Cust srv seemed like AI and not helpful.Asked for a refund multiple times, book too late for gifting, but they ignored me.

I asked when the book would arrive, seller flatly refused to answer, said they'd provide a refund. That was over a week ago. Book should have arrived by July 12th, still no book, definitely no refund or initiated refund.

The only correspondence I received from this seller was telling me my item shipped, but no tracking number was given. I asked about the package I was told my order was cancelled, which isn?t true per Alibris, and I have no refund. This is a scam seller.

The book was destroyed in shipping. I wasn't notified until I emailed to find out why the tracking wasn't working/the book hadn't arrived. They said they'd issue a refund, but I haven't seen it yet. I asked, and they said 3-5 bus. days, which seems ridic.

Claims it shipped on 17 June, I was emailed on 28 June and told they can't ship the book? Took them 11 calendar days to tell me my order actually did not ship. Customer service is very slow.

11 days after the book was ?shipped,? tracking number brought error page. After much nonsense, seller promised a new tracking number. 2 days later, order was cancelled and refund promised?no explanation. 2 days MORE, still no refund. Awful!
