The 'ship date' is a joke. Alibris must do something to stop these bogus tracking numbers. It took them a full 10 days to actually provide the 'real' - USPS tracking number. I contacted several times asking for an update - with no response. Avoid.

I waited 3 weeks for this book to arrive by USPS. USPS never showed that it was even entered into its tracking system. I emailed seller for a refund and they told me no, I would need to follow up with USPS! Incredibly bad service.

Terrible customer service; computer-generated responses no real humans; did not update my mailing address when I requested a change and did not confirm they _didn't_ so now my package arrived five days later than the outside estimate...to the wrong place.

My book was well packaged and arrived in good shape. The condition was at least "fine." It looked like new. The only negative was that it arrived several days after the delivery window because the seller's shipping partner was slow to get it to USPS.
