Gaslight Customer Service! Very very bad customer service. When I wrote to them for help adjusting the mailing address, the representative wrote back as if they did not read my note or the rep was AI. Honestly was really confusing and bad. :(
Took a long time to ship. Horrible packaging, they put a hardcover textbook in an envelope and not a box. book arrived dented up and has water damage. The pages are all wavy.
Hardcover book sent in plastic bag without any padding or protection. Book arrived damaged (all corners busted) and marked as "used" while product was listed as "new". Sent multiple support requests, get no response. Buyer beware.
The item arrived I primo condition and was just as the seller described. Fortunately, you would be hard pressed to find a new release at the price this seller quoted.
Ordered 12/08 and "shipped" 12/09. No updates until 12/21 when the package was finally received by the P.O. Customer service just sends generic responses with bogus excuses. I will never deal with this vendor again. Not recommended. Caveat emptor.
Ordered on January 2, 2024, status of order says shipped January 3, 2024 with an invaild tracking number (tracking number provided is the order number) will not answer any of my emails!! Will not order from this seller again... hoping to get my money back
Do not use this site. It's January, and I am still waiting for the book I ordered in early November. I have contacted them, and all they do is send me a computer generated form asking me to fill out the same 3 forms I filled out before.
Ordered a book which never showed up. Tracking number provided did not exist. Refund apparently given, (We'll see!) No notification from seller that a refund was issued, was still checking my P.O. Box for the book, total waste of time, service abysmal.
I ordered this mistake and attempted to cancel the order within minutes. After getting no response from the seller, I contacted them via Alibris and via email - again no response. Worst Alibris experience ever!
Based on the tracking information, it appears that the book has not yet been received by UPS. Its been two weeks and I dont see that it has even been sent.
I should have looked at the other recent reviews before ordering. They claim to be based in Maryland, but the books I ordered shipped from Utah and Illinois. New hardcover books are shipped in flimsy plastic bags. They don't care unless you complain.
Claimed to ship on Dec. 10, private shipping partner received Dec. 18, USPS received Dec. 24, and I received it Dec. 26. When cust. serv. responded (had to get Alibris to intervene), they blamed "gaps in scanning events." Arrived in flimsy plastic bag.
I wasn?t given any updates on the shipping status until I requested it, four weeks after placing the order. After not getting a reply from a second request I accessed my account and discovered a refund had been issued 2 weeks ago. Again, no notification.
The customer service is a joke. My item is over a week late and on the last tracking it was headed to North Las Vegas from Waukegan, IL. I live in New York. I guess geography is not in their skill set.
I ordered a new book, which was carelessly packaged & arrived damaged. I contacted the Seller twice; both replies were off-point; basically, ?We?re sorry you haven?t received your item. It?s not our fault. Be patient.? No recourse, and they don?t care.

This book arrived badly damaged with the binding shredded, soaked with water, and covered in mud. The seller refused to accept a return.
