Books took much longer to get to me then I expected. Assumed they would come from Maryland. Came from another location. Books also were not in great condition even though they were supposed to be "new".

Books are shipped with no protection in a plastic envelope, no padding of any kind. Books thus arrive dinged and beat up. One book arrived soaked in water and is being returned. Customer service is a bot apparently. Will not order from them again.

The book was shipped in an opaque plastic bag, so while the item may have initially shipped in new condition, it now has a number of creases in the cover, and spike of the book, where heavier items were stored on top of it during transit.
